UNIT 1: PEOPLE AND PETS

VOCABULARY:

People: mum, dad, granny, grandad, brother, sister, aunt, uncle, cousin, nephew, niece.
Describing people: blue eyes, brown eyes, glasses, freckles, fair skin, dark skin, long hair, short hair, curly hair, straight hair.
Pets: dog, cat, fish, mouse, hamster, rabbit, snake, parrot, canary, budgie, tortoise.



SENTENCES:

    • I've got brown eyes.                      I haven't got freckles.
    • He's got curly hair.                        She hasn't got straight hair.
    • Have you got green eyes?             Yes, I have.    No, I haven't.
    • Has she got glasses?                      Yes, she has.   No, she hasn't.
    • It's got a long tail.                          It hasn't got wings.
    • Has it got two legs?                       Yes, it has.  No, it hasn't.
    • Does she play football?                 Yes, she does.   No, she doesn't.
    • Can he dance?                                Yes, he can.   No, he can't
    • Is she tall?                                      Yes, she is.    No, she isn't.

  •  REMEMBER---- In this unit, the most important contents are: the vocabulary about people and pets; describing people; vocabulary about pets; doing sentences in oral and write form for describing people and pets, saying what they have or what they don't have; what  they look like; what they like; what they can do and so on (look at the sentences above this paragraph).
